Project Jupiter, Santa Teresa, Doña Ana County, New Mexico

Status Under construction (confirmed by a source)

Location
Santa Teresa, Doña Ana County, New Mexico
Company, as listed
Open AI/Oracle
Size, as listed in the source dataset
700 MW reported; Mega campus (>1,000 MW); 3,000,000 sq ft; 1400 acres; expected online 2026
Power
Source reviewed September 9, 2026: Oracle says an updated air-quality application replaces the earlier gas-turbine and diesel design with a Bloom fuel-cell microgrid. Bloom separately describes up to 2.45 GW of fuel-cell capacity for the campus. These are planned onsite-generation/project-power figures, not confirmed utility load, energized capacity, or data-center IT load; tariff, interconnection, fuel-supply, and ratepayer records remain separate questions.
Water
Source reviewed September 9, 2026: Oracle's updated Project Jupiter power-plan announcement says the fuel-cell microgrid is expected to avoid public drinking water for power generation and data-center cooling and requires only minimal water for power-generation startup fill. The company statement does not publish a facility withdrawal, consumption, cooling, service, or wastewater quantity; those records remain open.
Money
Source dataset project_cost field reports $165 billion; public funding records still need local review.
