Source reviewed September 9, 2026: Amazon's Pennsylvania announcement describes an at-least-$20 billion statewide cloud/AI infrastructure commitment, not a Kline-specific public award. Pennsylvania's official Fast Track page lists the Kline development as in progress and identifies Amazon as sponsor; the reviewed public records do not disclose a Kline tax exemption, abatement, public infrastructure payment, utility-cost transfer, or community-benefit agreement. The statewide commitment remains company-planned private investment context.
