West Virginia DEP's June 30, 2025 public-meeting materials describe the permitted Ridgeline Facility as a natural-gas/diesel combustion-turbine power facility and explicitly say the permit application does not include a data center. The dataset's 1,656 MW remains unverified as generation, utility service, energized capacity, or data-center IT load.
