This is a tax-abatement agreement and investment commitment, not proof of public spending or realized investment.
Source reviewed September 9, 2026: Hutto's utility FAQ says the data centers being built in Hutto are air-cooled, with each building expected to use around 500 gallons per day indoors and up to 15,000 gallons per day for irrigation across all three buildings; it says this is after initial cooling/fire-system filling. These are city-published expectations for the buildings, not a measured withdrawal, cooling-water consumption, or wastewater-service quantity for this record alone.
