Boulder City's official TS2 page describes a proposed air-cooled closed-loop system with no evaporative cooling, potable water limited to restrooms and a small kitchen, and approximately 90% of potable use returned through a planned sewer line. It also says construction could seek up to 500,000 gallons per day of city-treated wastewater for dust control. These are proposal claims, not measured operating use or final permits.
Boulder City's official TS2 page describes a project-funded 230kV line from Mead, dedicated project infrastructure, and a proposed 167 MW peak demand. The proposal was withdrawn July 6, 2026; the dataset's 170 MW remains historical proposed project-demand context, not approved, energized, generation, or IT-load capacity.
