Source reviewed September 9, 2026: Related Digital says The Barn uses closed-loop air cooling rather than evaporative cooling, with ongoing water use described as comparable to a normal office building. Its project page also identifies EGLE permit MI0060445 for treated sanitary wastewater from restrooms and sinks, explicitly separating that discharge from cooling-system water and industrial coolant. No reviewed source publishes a cooling withdrawal, consumption, or wastewater-service quantity.
