The city's documents and reporting place the site near Russell/Ashland, while the dataset's Westwood label is not retained as a settled municipal location. The 2,000 MW remains proposed project-scale context, not confirmed requested, approved, energized, IT-load, generation, or ultimate-buildout capacity.
