The Georgia DRI filing describes Atlas Development's Project Springbank as a six-building campus outside Adairsville. Local reporting says the rezoning application was withdrawn in May 2025 after a planning-commission denial recommendation; the reviewed sources do not identify facility-specific workloads or a customer.
Atlas Development is the developer, not an established operator or tenant. The reported 78 MW and 2.274 million sq ft are proposal-scale fields and remain outside workload-capacity totals; closed-loop cooling and the withdrawal status are not evidence of workload type, hardware or allocation.
