A County-hosted May 4 MIDA–Box Elder County agreement sets out three annual $5.4 million upfront payments, with the first due within 30 days of the first building permit, but MIDA's current project page says the interlocal agreement remains a draft and unsigned during the referendum process; no payment record is verified here.
