Source reviewed September 9, 2026: the City of Beaver Dam FAQ says the planned Meta facility is designed for closed-loop liquid cooling that uses zero water for most of the year, alongside rainwater capture and infiltration. Meta separately says it will restore 100% of water consumed to local watersheds. No facility withdrawal, consumption, service, or wastewater quantity was disclosed.
