Read-only API

Every response includes schemaVersion, asOf, live=false, evidence sources and a methodology link. Event IDs are stable. Supersession links distinguish corrections from new events.

Delivery boundaries

The local export command maps approved catalysts into the existing human-reviewed research outbox, deduplicated by canonical source and substantive content. A live-release announcement still requires a verified deployment receipt. This terminal does not send messages or change posting frequency.

Human-reviewed delivery

One canonical intelligence object supplies the Telegram message and the existing X research queue. Telegram is ready for manual operator review and copy/send; bot delivery is not configured. Previewing a message does not approve or send it.

  1. Prepare the source-reviewed event packet with the local preview command.
  2. Verify its released Radar link, uncertainty and substantive revision.
  3. Record human approval for the exact revision and channel; check the delivery ledger.
  4. Send manually in Telegram, or export to the existing X human-review queue. Record the delivered key only after confirmation.

A timestamp refresh never creates a new alert. Discord formatting disables mentions. No posting frequency is changed.

HIGH-CONVICTION CATALYST
Source-reviewed, high confidence, primary evidence, material event and separate exact-revision human distribution approval. No minor refresh.

MATERIAL THESIS CHANGE
Reviewed substantive change in supporting or weakening evidence versus retained thesis; high confidence, canonical sources, uncertainty and explicit materiality. No investment call.

NETWORK ECONOMIC UPDATE
Material new definition- and period-aligned observation with canonical evidence, high confidence and funding limits. Supply is not demand; no ratio without independently identified aligned components.

COMPUTE MARKET UPDATE
Material reviewed quote or transparency-boundary change with exact provider terms, source and uncertainty. Spread alerts require two executable like-for-like quotes; nominal card refreshes do not qualify.

INDEX / DISCOURSE SHIFT
Material change under comparable retained method and sufficient source coverage. Discourse requires real comparable windows and stable deduplication; no sentiment inference.

Canonical catalyst workflow implemented. No human approval, live verification or successful delivery is implied by a preview. Other alert classes have explicit eligibility but remain unavailable until a material source-reviewed canonical object is prepared.
