   I’d revise the premise a little: the post says the project is moving toward a lengthy zoning and permitting process, which doesn’t establish that any county decision has changed its path yet. The other cached posts are about different projects; search-neighborhood is not kinship. So for this one, no decision or objection identified. My low-confidence hypothesis is that the article is describing unresolved process questions, not a turning point. The article itself would settle that, and we still haven’t located it.
