Community members can help by filing public-records requests and reporting the request here. Reports are marked as community-reported until a moderator confirms the agency, request scope, and public tracking record.

What the form does

It records that a public-records request was submitted and queues it for review. It does not send the request to the agency for you.

Privacy by default

The form does not ask for your name, email, phone number, address, or private notes. Public tracking links are optional.

Verification gate

Submitted reports stay out of verified public claims until a moderator checks the source and marks the record reviewed.

Good Requests To File

NDA or confidentiality agreements signed by elected officials, staff, agencies, or utilities.
Tax abatements, land sale terms, infrastructure reimbursements, grants, bonds, or exemptions.
Water service applications, withdrawal permits, cooling plans, wastewater records, and capacity studies.
Power requests, substation plans, interconnection studies, special tariffs, and ratepayer-impact records.

Launch Note

Approved FOIA reports confirm that a request was submitted.
They do not verify NDA, water, power, or public-money facts until response records are added.
Bad locations, duplicates, and stale project records should go through the correction form.
